Are you excited to help shape the future of Danone's Early Life Nutrition brands by contributing to innovation projects in an international and collaborative environment? Do you want to influence how consumers experience our products through packaging and format innovations?
As a Global Marketing Packaging Intern, you will support the development of packaging innovation projects, helping translate consumer, brand and business needs into impactful solutions that keep consumers at the heart of our decision-making. You will also contribute to the marketing packaging strategy across new product development, consumer research, communication, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.

Your main responsibilities will be
Support innovation development for packaging based on current and new research, consumer validation, and business opportunities.
Support packaging transformation projects and prototype feedback to enhance consumer experience & value creation, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Work on the Go-to-market strategy preparation, such as deployment of packaging innovation toolkits for local market teams.
Manage design processes & artwork development in close collaboration with external design agencies.
Support budget tracking and project administration.
About you
You are a student in Marketing, Innovation, Product Design, or another related field, with some practical experience and a keen interest in sustainability. You are results-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator with a positive and proactive attitude. You will join a team that juggles many different priorities. Being a true team player is essential, and you are comfortable taking the lead, and confident in taking responsibility when needed. You work in a structured, independent and timely manner, ensuring tasks are delivered with quality.
There are also some compulsory requirements
Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
Ideally available to start in September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
Available to start in August for a minimum of 6 months (ideally 1 year), 5 days per week.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office (2 -3 times a week)
