<Primary Purpose of the Role>
• Co-pilot resource allocation strategy for Marketing, Overheads and Sales promotion Budget (PRGM).
• Key contact from Finance on innovation: in charge of business case finance modeling & improvement roadmap.
• Forecast, monitor and report marketing, R&I, overheads costs in line with company's rules, requirements & finance deadlines.
• Partner with dept. costs owners to provide meaningful suggestions and insights backed by data driven analysis to support the management of the company to achieve our objective: a strong sustainable & profitable growth.

About you

• Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; Master's preferred; two or more related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: both verbal and written.
• Superior problem solving and analysis skills, combined with good business judgment.
• Excellent Finance modeling skills.
• Analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience in working with large datasets and creating and maintaining reports.
• Strong intellectual curiosity.
• Strong interest for products & customers.
• Japanese: Fluent / English: Fluent
• Microsoft Excel: advanced level.
• Microsoft Power Point: advanced level.
• SAP knowledge (not mandatory but strong advantage).
• Microsoft Power BI (not mandatory but strong advantage)

About us

<Areas of Responsibility and Accountability>
• Marketing Controlling: co-pilot with Marketing team resource allocation, forecast and planning to maximize output and make sure we spend in line with Budget.
• Innovation Controlling: in charge of finance modeling. Deliver the business case and provide improvement roadmap to match our profitability target.
• Co-Lead with Sales Department our PRGM strategy to improve ROI on our investments and support strategic transformation initiatives.
• Co-pilot Post Mortem meeting to assess the performance of the investments done by the CBU (Marketing, Sales promotion...).
• OVH Controlling: Planning on fixed costs. Support HR on Labor planning and top management on transformation related topics.
• R&I controlling: forecast, monitor and report the costs related to our R&I dept.
• A basic command of Microsoft PowerBI tools (or similar tools) is preferred to be capable of creating new and maintaining current dashboards.
• Deliver all the key Finance reporting deadlines in line with company planning.
• Be agile to ad-hoc requests from other finance team members/regional or central controllers/other departments.
