About the Job


3rd Party Manufacturers of Nutricia produce specialized nutrition products and medical devices that contribute to the well-being of vulnerable target groups (infants, elderly and sick). To ensure proper management of the feedback from consumers, the 3rd Party Complaints & Registration Officer will take care of the daily routine in the customer feedback handling process. In many countries where these products are commercialized, registration at local authorities is mandatory. The country business units (CBU's) request all types of documents that are needed for approval of the products in their country. The 3PM Complaints & Registration Officer is responsible for providing this documentation correctly and on time. 


Your main responsibilities

From this pivotal position within Nutricia’s  Supply Point you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the Complaints and Registration inboxes;
  • Management of customer complaints on products supplied by 3rd party manufacturers; Ensure that customer complaints are investigated thoroughly and clear answers are provided promptly to the CBU
    1. Track new complaints, initiate complaints investigation, organize results, register actions and provide answers in complaint database (Excipio);
    2. Escalate critical complaints to Quality Manager;
  • KPI reporting: monthly review, check trends, raise the issues and create complaint overview presentations;
  • Receive, process and keep track of the status of the registration dossier requests from CBU's;
  • Request the required documentation to the 3rd Party Manufacturer, other departments of Danone (e.g. Product Development) and local authorities (e.g. health certificates and free sales certificates);
  • Develop standard registration documents and create non-standard registration documents if needed;
  • Have documents legalized and/or apostilled by the Chamber of Commerce and/or embassies/ consulates;
  • Compose the dossier of requested documents to be sent to the CBU's;
  • Support the 3rd Party QFS team in various other administrative task.

About you

About You

As 3rd Party Complaints & Registration Officer you interact daily with the 3rd Party Manufacturers, other departments at Danone, authorities and CBU’s. Your way of working is structured and accurate.


In addition, you fit this role perfectly because you are/have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a technical subject (for example food chemistry, food technology, engineering, chemistry, microbiology) or industry experienced with Professional qualifications;
  • Professionally experienced in a Quality Assurance and Auditing, Process Engineer or Product development role for a minimum of 2 years;
  • Knowledge of HACCP and FSCC 22000 or equivalent GFSI;
  • Lead Auditor FSCC 22.000 or equivalent GFSI is advantageous;
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision to achieve results effectively;
  • You act with a sense of urgency and take responsibility to proactively drive quality;
  • You’re good in building relationships, internally and externally, and have excellent communication skills;
  • You can work accurately with attention to detail and are able to conduct root cause analysis and problem solving;
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
