About the job

The Analyst, Digital Shelf Content reports to the Manager, Digital Shelf Content and drives the operational execution required to deliver accurate, compliant, and conversion-ready product detail pages (PDPs). This role owns day-to-day workflow coordination, supports content activation, and oversees quality assurance across digital shelf platforms. They partner closely with the Senior Associate Manager, Omni-Syndication team, Brand team, Legal team, eCommerce Managers, and external Content Agencies to deliver best-in-class content on time. The Analyst ensures content moves efficiently through approvals, meets all retailer requirements, and is activation-ready for syndication. Additionally, they lead the execution of A/B testing for content effectiveness initiatives and implement AI-driven insights into PDP elements across projects.

Responsibilities:

Content Execution & Workflow

  • Support the execution of brand activation content across copy, imagery, and enhanced content for innovation, restage, redesigns, and strategic optimizations
  • Create temporary copy for launches and fast-turn needs under brand and legal guidance
  • Manage legal feedback collection process and consolidate updates with proper version control
  • Perform final content reviews and validate child SKUs for accuracy and completeness against all feedback
  • Track product lifecycle updates and activation timing to align with execution needs, dependencies and retailer specs in partnership with the Omni-Syndication team

Systems & Process Management

  • Manage content submission tracking, approval follow-ups, and internal project status reporting 
  • Lead project management documentation hygiene in collaboration with Content agency to ensure cross-functional materials are organized in SharePoint and Asana
  • Support asset and image spec audits in partnership with agencies and Omni-Syndication partners
  • Support full integration of Danone BUs into our Digital Shelf content processes and cycles

Quality Assurance & Optimization Execution

  • Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, errors and partner to implement corrections
  • Support A/B testing execution and documentation across content effectiveness tools and AI-driven insights in collaboration with Content Agency and Digital Ecosystems & Capabilities Team
  • Apply approved optimization recommendations across PDP elements in partnership with Content Agency and Omni-Syndication team

This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.

 

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience.   • Strong version control and documentation discipline
  • Familiarity with PDP best practices and retailer content requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO copy and digital content fundamentals

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital content, eCommerce coordination, or marketing operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail; eagerness to grow in digital shelf content
  • Experience supporting cross-functional project workflows preferred
