We are seeking a motivated apprentice with a strong interest in digital transformation and process optimization to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. 

This position offers hands-on exposure to a global IT transformation program focused on harmonizing business processes and deploying PLM solutions across multiple regions. You will work closely with IT Senor Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to support activities related to data management, process improvement, and system integration. 

• You will own and drive your squad backlog, defining and managing epics and user stories, preparing refinement sessions, sprint planning, and maintaining Jira to ensure alignment across the team and efficient delivery. 

• You will capture, clarify, and prioritize business needs with key stakeholders and translating them into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria for the development team.

• You will support the definition, monitoring, and remediation of Data Quality (DQ) rules, working closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, and Data Factory).

• You will coordinate and support testing activities throughout the delivery lifecycle to secure quality of release.

• You will support Run Activities (BAU) following up on incidents and change requests in coordination with BSO and AMS Back‑Office support teams 

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of IT systems, data models, and integration concepts.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Familiarity with PLM solutions (Infor Optiva or similar) and/or ERP systems (SAP).

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
