As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will support the execution of compensation programs by managing day-to-day compensation activities, analyzing internal pay data and external market benchmarks to maintain competitive and equitable reward practices, and monitoring people costs to provide accurate insights that support workforce planning and business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

• People Budget Cost Tracking
  Monitor & analyze the actual people cost, ensuring accurate tracking of actual people cost
• Compensation Merit Cycle Execution
  Execute the annual merit cycle, ensuring accurate salary reviews, timely system updates, and alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity.
• Internal Promotions & Employment Offers
  Handles the timely processing of promotions and employment offers, ensuring consistency, and competitiveness.
• Market Benchmarking & Surveys
  Conduct spot salary surveys and participate in market benchmarking activities to analyze external competitiveness and support data‑driven compensation decisions.
• Policy Governance & Compliance
  Review current applied practices and policies in place ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics or Human Resources.
• 3+ years of a relevant experience 
• Stakeholder Management skills.
• Strong analytical skills. 

• Advanced Excel Reporting Tools.

• Experience with Mercer or kornFerry Salary Survey data collection process
