About the job

 

At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams.   We are currently looking to hire a Cooler Admin based in Fort Worth!  

 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • You will prepare and maintain daily shipping schedules using the transportation work module.
  • You will complete and post goods issues for picking tickets and coordinate shipping readiness.
  • You will communicate with carriers upon arrival for material deployment and ensure smooth loading.
  • You will partner with the deployment team to adjust schedules and prevent carrier detention fees.
  • You will represent the finished goods warehouse team in weekly cross-functional meetings.
  • You will provide WMS support to operators, including schedule adjustments and task assignments.
  • You will research and resolve shipping errors or mis-shipped products; document and implement corrective actions.
  • You will reconcile pallet counts between Production and Distribution teams.
  • You will administer corrective actions related to performance, safety, and attendance as needed.
  • You will develop and maintain daily, weekly, and shift work schedules; adjust for last-minute changes and mandate coverage when necessary.
  • You will collaborate with other business units to ensure operational continuity and resolve issues.
  • You will review and approve payroll for assigned staff.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.

About you

 

  • You will have one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • You will have 3+ years of plant and manufacturing experience.
