Job Summary

This position creates and executes a strategic plan to drive our distribution and corporate accounts strategy, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand our presence in the healthcare and food services sectors. You will leverage your deep understanding of healthcare dynamics to create impactful solutions that align with our mission. This role will grow market share within the largest assigned distributor/corporate accounts both nationally and regionally.

 

*This role can be based remotely anywhere within the US. 

 

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in driving our mission forward. The following responsibilities outline the core expectations and contributions for this position:

 

  • Responsible for assigned account performance, contract management, implementation and inventory management.
  • Develop quarterly business planning and strategies to increase category share.​
  • Report on account performance to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for growth.
  • Establishes, develops, and manages relationships across assigned accounts. ​
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, national accounts, revenue operations, business operations and other departments as necessary to ensure alignment and execution of account initiatives.​
  • Provide monthly forecasts by account to inventory management team.

 

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 12 pounds. 
  • While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee will be required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs. 
  • This role is primarily performed in a remote office setting and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or standing) for extended periods.
  • The employee will work in a home/office environment with regular trips to trips to conferences, trade shows, customers, or other meeting locations (including overnights) to manage sales throughout the U.S.  Requires 25-50% travel with overnights throughout the assigned territory geography.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

salary range for this position is $106,000-177,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.​
  • Distribution management experience.
  • Sales leadership experience.
  • 7-10 years of recent sales or account management experience
  • Entrepreneurial experiences with focus on creating and building quickly​.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and with strong experience developing strategic partnership programs.​
