Join us as a Graduate – Manufacturing & Operations in our dynamic 2-year Graduate Program, where you’ll gain real, hands-on experience across key areas of our operations. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for recent graduates ready to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll rotate through different areas such as Manufacturing, Performance Improvement, Projects, and get to work with Integrated Work Systems (IWS)— our world-class approach used to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. It’s a chance to learn proven ways of working that leading global companies use.

A Peek into your role

Get ready to dive into a world of opportunity and innovation! As part of our program, you’ll roll up your sleeves and lead impactful, hands-on projects that will build your expertise in:

• Driving operational efficiency and excellence across manufacturing and production lines.
• Supporting IWS initiatives to enhance performance and embed continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.
• Gaining exposure to end-to-end manufacturing processes and understanding how operations contribute to product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participating in strategic projects aimed at improving safety, quality, and productivity.

We’re not looking for someone who has all the answers — we’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves:

• University graduate in Engineering -  Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical/Industrial/Electrical/Process, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Internship or trainee experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Production is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence.
• A proactive, curious, and resilient mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High energy levels and a positive attitude.
