The Digital Technical Expert for Manufacturing will be accountable for supporting the roll-out and co-driving global standards within the Digital Manufacturing Technical domain. The role requires a candidate to help shape the future of digital manufacturing for Danone’s global manufacturing footprint.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Can understand and lead technical topics, but you also can communicate with non-technical communities. +2 years’ experience with PLC Programming e.g., Siemens S7/TIA, Experienced with technologies such as MQTT, OPC-UA, REST API, SQL Databases, Docker and .NET programming. Willing to be hands-on and continuously learn new technologies. Subject matter expert related to equipment connectivity standardization, driving a common approach on how equipment is connected to the digital landscape of Danone. Innovation and Improvement: Contribute to the technical design on how the digital application landscape (i.e., MES & Co) will integrate with shopfloor equipment. Ramp-up of internal and external teams to adhere to defined standards by executing training and hands-on knowledge transfer methodologies. Support factories on their technical roadmap definition and creation of technical documentation and how-to guides to ease the roll-out of digital manufacturing tools on a regional scope. Training and Mentorship: Experience in developing and delivering training Ability to create educational materials, including tutorials and workshops. Experience in providing one-on-one coaching and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Implementation Support Interact with key stakeholders, including from the IT, OT and business communities to ensure the roll-out activities are on track and communicate any deviations in a proactive manner.
