About the Internship
You will join our newly formed Profit & Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) team, who focuses on optimizing pricing, promotions, product mix, and trade strategies to support sustainable growth across our products.
Based in our Solna office, you’ll work closely with your team as well as other internal stakeholders. Through this internship, you will learn how to identify opportunities to improve pricing strategies and product portfolio performance. Your insights will contribute to actionable improvements in our business processes and financial outcomes.
Main tasks
Simulate pricing scenarios using Buynomics; a tool that models shopper behaviour based on sales data
Analyse market and consumer trends
Evaluate promotional strategies through trade promotion tools and market trackers
Support business cases for new product launches or line extensions
Conduct Excel-based financial modelling and impact analysis
Take part in day-to-day business discussions in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
We’re looking for a structured person with strong communication skills; a solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo. A curious, analytical, and driven student with a positive mindset and a passion for learning about Revenue Growth Management in the FMCG sector.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar (you need to be a student in Sweden)
Have an internship period included in your program during Fall 2025 for at least 10 weeks
Strong English communication skills
Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in the FMCG industry
It would also be a big plus if you also have:
Previous experience or coursework related to FMCG or retail
Familiarity with data analysis tools (PowerBI; Excel advanced features)
Experience from international English-speaking work environment
Knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language
