• Hands-on experience by gaining practical experience in the field of Shared Service Center environment
• Meeting with Danoners with singular personalities and diverse career paths
• Finding and build defined career paths, fitting your personality, competencies and appetences

Your Missions:

• Support the deployment of development activities in line with the functional priorities
• Assisting in improving employee experience of functional development initiatives
• Participate in employee life cycle by assisting in developing communication and promoting positive employees experience
• Contribute to various project and development program
• Research and propose by participating actively in continuous improvement initiatives in related to Human Resources function

• Available for a duration of at least 3 to 6 months
• Final Years students who possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in relevant course of subject to the internship position you apply
• Interested in core HR activities and see your future career within HR function
• Good communicator and have great collaboration skills
• Good networking and relationship building skills
• Proficient in English, both in written and spoken. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong in MS Office – Excel and Powerpoint
