Objectives of the Role as Intern Performance Management Process Improvement 

1. Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.

2. Modeling & Analysis: Support the development of financial models and analyze performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to gather, validate, and interpret financial data.
