Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is looking for experienced Utility Supervisor to ensure smooth, safe, and continuous operation of utilities equipment, site building, calibration, and electrical automation. In this role, you will also lead initiatives to reduce energy and water consumption, contributing to our commitment to environmental sustainability. 

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Electro, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Engineering Physics or related major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Utility Maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in PLC programming, Power BI, Power Automate, and other IoT tools
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, maintenance, electronic instrumentation, calibration, and medium/low voltage electricity
• Experience with ISO 50001
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Willing to be placed in Ciracas Factory
