Role Purpose:

Key Activities:

• Supporting the development of marketing and multi-channel campaigns and manage implementation (across digital, print, materials for F2F selling, events etc as relevant)
• Supporting the development of annual brand plans 
• Activating of key projects within the 12 brand plan 
• Managing local Irish roll out of key innovation projects
• Advertising & promotion spend management 
• Inputting and presenting business data and project updates at monthly CAT meetings as required

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

- Brand Strategy - Identify key customer groups and tailor messaging to effectively reach them through various marketing communications and digital channels. 

- Data Analysis - Analyses multiple data sources to understand brand and market performance. Understands consumer trends through data analysis.

- Time Management & Prioritisation -  Efficiently manage your time to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively. 

- Problem Solving - Approach challenges with innovative solutions and critical thinking. 

- Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and across the UK & Ireland region to achieve common goals. 

- Project Management - Effectively manage projects from inception to completion, balancing time, cost, and quality.

- Prioritisation - Identify and focus on the most critical tasks to ensure efficient workflow and successful outcomes.

- Adaptability - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances and new challenges. 

Salary Range: €32,700-€37,400 per year.
