Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the Legal Manager. Take this opportunity to GROW together. As Legal Manager, you will report to the Senior Legal Manager of Danone Turkey and be responsible for the following: Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Day to day legal support to various business units.

• Providing consultancy mainly on sales and marketing processes/contracts, e-commerce, competition law, commercial advertisement regulation and IP related matters and other legal areas where necessary.

• Providing support on distributorship processes, consumer disputes and litigation matters, liaise with external counsels.

• Review, negotiate and draft all kinds of contracts.

• Follow-up new regulations/amendments and prepare trainings for the business units

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have

• Graduated from law school, admitted to Bar.

• Minimum 5 years of experience at legal firms or in-house legal teams.

• Experience on sales and marketing processes, e-commerce, competition law, intellectual property law, contract law and related litigation are must. Knowledge on life sciences industry is a plus.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

• Excellent level of MS Office.

• Self- disciplined, strong team player.

• Researcher and systematic.

• Positive approach, on time reporting and effectiveness as well as ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
