We are currently looking to hire a Ops Transformation Management Office Manager based in White Plains. NY or Louisville, CO!

At Danone, we are a purpose-driven organization with a mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible. We are committed to sustainability, transparency, and creating a healthier world. As a global leader in the food and beverage industry, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

About the Role

As a Manager in the Ops Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will play a strategic leadership role in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that shape the future of Danone’s operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Management: Lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and operational strategies.
  • Governance & Prioritization: Establish and manage governance frameworks, prioritization models, and risk/impact assessments to drive decision-making and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate collaboration across global and regional teams, including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners.
  • Change Enablement: Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption, engagement, and sustainability of transformation efforts.
  • Process Optimization: Lead simplification and standardization efforts across key business processes, leveraging workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Executive Communication: Create and deliver high-impact presentations and updates for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Knowledge Management: Capture and scale best practices, lessons learned, and transformation playbooks across the organization.
  • Agile Support: Flex across initiatives and priorities, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced transformation agenda.
