At Danone, milk resilience is a top priority. We are expanding our initiatives in milk development, feed upstream development, and farmers' capacity building. Danone Egypt is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Development Manager to join the Milk Sourcing and Development team. This role is supporting our sustainability agenda by designing programs, managing monthly reviews and reports, consolidating project progress, and coordinating with external stakeholders and partners to drive tangible impact and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans in line with the Milk Sourcing and Development strategy, set milestones, and adhere to deadlines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure optimal resource availability and allocation.
• Manage the project budget, allocate funds across different project aspects, and advocate for additional funding if necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and leading progress steering committees.
• Perform quality control throughout the project to monitor KPI progress and maintain standards.
• Identify and manage potential risks to minimize their impact on the project.
• Conduct monthly reviews and generate performance reports for the milk team.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate data collection.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, agriscience, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and data analysis.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards and practices.
