Role Purpose:
The Territory Account Manager role is a key part of the Paediatric Sales team, supporting customers in both Primary and Secondary care.
Key Activities:
This is a field based role, covering Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex.
Salary Bracket: £40,000-£50,000 - we’ll also provide you with a company car & fuel card.

1. Introductory Call:
Shortlisted applicants will have a relaxed conversation with our Talent team. This is as much for you as it is for us - a chance to learn more about the role, the team, and life at Danone, while we get to know your background and what you’re looking for.
2. Behavioural Interview:
Here, we’ll explore your experience in more detail and how it aligns with the key behaviours we look for at Danone. We share the questions in advance and are interested in hearing real, thoughtful examples from your experience and how you approach different situations - not putting you on the spot.
3. Final Interview:
In the final stage, you’ll meet the hiring team. We’ll ask you to prepare a short presentation in advance and take part in a role-play exercise, giving you the chance to demonstrate how you would approach real scenarios in the role.
