As a Personnel and Administrative Officer, you'll be responsible for managing employee records, supporting hiring and separation processes, administering social and medical insurance activities, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

 

About you

Main Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management

  • Create, maintain, and organize physical and electronic employee files.
  • Continuously update employee records and personal information.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete and compliant with labor laws and company policies.

Hiring and Employee Separation

  • Complete onboarding procedures and prepare employment contracts.
  • Process contract renewals.
  • Handle resignation, termination, and employee clearance procedures.
  • Register new employees on the attendance system and issue company ID cards.

Social Insurance Administration

  • Register new employees with the Social Insurance Authority.
  • Process employee exclusions and termination records upon separation.
  • Follow up on and implement any updates or amendments related to social insurance data.

Governmental Forms & Token System

  • Prepare and submit Social Insurance Forms 1 and 6.
  • Activate and process Form 2 through the designated token system.

Medical Insurance Administration

  • Prepare new medical insurance enrollment forms.
  • Renew medical insurance cards.
  • Process medical insurance service transfers.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare workforce and headcount reports.
  • Provide employee-related data and reports to management as required.
  • Send the monthly manpower report, including details of new hires.
  • Submit the monthly 1% labor office contribution in accordance with local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Law , or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee information.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
