As a Frontline Sourcer, you will support the recruitment of high-performing Sales Representatives in the FMCG sector by conducting initial candidate screenings, managing interview logistics, and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

About you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review applications and resumes to assess alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct structured phone screening interviews to evaluate:
    • Sales experience (especially in FMCG or related sectors)
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Motivation and cultural fit
    • Availability and location preferences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date screening records in the applicant tracking dashboard.
  • Shortlist qualified candidates and provide detailed screening notes to hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers or recruitment specialists.
  • Coordinate availability and send calendar invites with all necessary details (e.g., location, virtual meeting links, interview format).
  • Ensure candidates receive timely confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Prepare and share interview packs with interviewers, including candidate profiles and screening notes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Sales Managers, Admin) to align on hiring timelines and requirements.
  • Track and report on screening and interview progress, highlighting any delays or bottlenecks.
  • Support continuous improvement of the screening and interview process based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Liaise with Admins and recruitment specialists to compile necessary hiring documents for selected candidates.
  • Ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Track document submission status and follow up with candidates or internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to assess candidate potential quickly and objectively
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
    • Proficiency in ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendly)
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
