As Sales Controller, you will act as the key finance business partner for our Sales function within Specialized Nutrition Benelux. Working closely with commercial teams, you will help shape client‑level strategy, optimize return on investment for promotions and trade terms, and drive effective allocation of resources across channels, customers, and brands.

In this role, you will also lead selected process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to building a data‑driven controlling function.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving topline performance through insightful ad‑hoc analyses and recommendations, including:
• • Promotion ROI and pricing optimization
  • Trade terms management
  • Customer, Channels and Category P&L performance
• Perform GPS forecasting and category trends analysis for SN Sales
• Following up on pricing, sales discounts, trade terms, and rebates conditions
• Leading month‑end closing and reporting activities
• Providing transparency into growth drivers such as volume, mix and price effect across Net Sales and Operating Margin
• Continuously improving controlling tools, dashboards, modelling logic, and reporting methodologies
• Supporting the team in elevating the use of data through enhanced modelling, forecasting, and scenario‑building

You are a seasoned finance professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to connect naturally with commercial stakeholders. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, using data to make impactful decisions and influence business outcomes. You communicate clearly, challenge confidently, and build strong professional relationships across functions.

To be successful, you have:

• A Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in sales/topline controlling
• Experience in FMCG and/or Medical environments is a plus
• Understanding of trade terms and commercial levers
• Strong data‑modelling skills, with the ability to build, structure, and interpret financial models and scenario analyses
• Excellent analytical capabilities and comfort working with large datasets
• Fluency in English
