1. EHS Strategy and Leadership
• Develop and implement EHS strategies and policies in alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the development of EHS objectives and metrics, and monitor performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Advise and coach leadership teams on EHS matters, providing expert guidance and support.
2. Risk Management and Compliance
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and standards.
• Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence.
3. Program Management and Coordination
• Lead the implementation of EHS programs, including the WISE² safety program, in Thailand’s supply points and sales units, and be a coordinator among SEA markets to create an overview results.
• Coordinate with various departments, including Operations and HR, to ensure effective execution of EHS initiatives.
• Oversee site works, contractor safety, and capex coordination to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Training and Development
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Support and coach safety teams and employees to develop the desired health, safety, and wellbeing competencies.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship through effective communication and engagement.
5. Monitoring and Reporting
• Track and analyze EHS performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of all EHS activities and incidents.
• Share safety performance, KPIs, and best practices across the organization.
6. Sustainability (Environmental Protection)
• Oversee waste management, pollution control, and other environmental protection initiatives.
• Implement programs to reduce the organization’s environmental footprint, such as energy conservation and sustainable resource use.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies to minimize negative effects on the natural environment.
7. Emergency Response and Preparedness
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness for potential incidents.

• A recognized degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Safety Officer Certificate will give an advantage
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience in managing environment, safety & health in multi-national business.
• Have significant safety management experiences in a manufacturing environment or any other industries with high safety standards.  
• Strong knowledge of Danone Wise2 safety management system.
• Technical safety expertise or at least ability to acquire it or ability to mobilize safety experts efficiently.
• Proven ability and enthusiasm to embark teams at management level on safety deployment, with the capability to influence & delegate effectively, whilst driving for performance.
• Ability and vision to drive the level of ambition within the teams, challenge safety performance and culture, getting buy-in and focus on team priorities. 
• Excellent communicator at all levels 
• Negotiation skills and cooperative approach in dealing with conflicts and/or deviations supported by strong safety auditing skills. Maturity to inspire respect form stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Fluent spoken and written in Thai and English.
