About you

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

You will work with a cross functional team of Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Media amongst others.

 

  • Aligns the strategy across the organization through a pragmatic combination of a clear long-term vision and the achievement of day-to-day goals ;
  • Identify consumers’ needs and wants for Danone’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers ;
  • Applies creative thinking and generates new ideas to build brands and grow the business :
  • Lead the development and execution of the integrated communication and media plans, maximizing Media ROI, working with internal and external media partners ;
  • Cooperate with sales planning, customer teams and shopper marketing to ensure growth across channels ;
  • Constantly challenges the sales organization to ensure its results and effectiveness ;
  • Manage all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking;
  • Deliver Scorecard Business Targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit ;
  • Deliver Category growth, market penetration and gaining of New Users via Products Innovation Design ;
  • Successful Design and Deployment of Marketing Toolkits for the Brand.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 6 years experience in Marketing in FMCG.
  • Full understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them.
  • Solid experience in new product/brand launches or renovations. Experience in working and engaging with cross functional teams: Supply Chain, and Sales department.
  • Strong understanding of market research and insight and ability to leverage into brand development and/or activation strategies.
  • Strong ability to turn insights into business propositions.
  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities.
