This is replacement role that an ideal incumbent will be accountable for implementation of HR technology solutions and manage the portfolio of HR and Employee Services tools, ensuring alignment with the global HR digitalization strategy. The role ensures consistency and integrity of HR master data across systems, supports global HR system deployments, drives local improvements to DBS Employee Services tools, leads HR master data quality initiatives, and delivers local reporting and analytics activities.
