• Support employer branding initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Create content that showcases Danone's culture, people, workplace and career opportunities.
• Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
• Work closely with the HR team on talent attraction initiatives.
• Support employee engagement and employee advocacy content development

• Available for a duration of at least 3 to 6 months
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree 
• Strong interest in employer branding and talent attraction
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content, trends, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of content creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Comfortable engaging with employees and stakeholders to create authentic workplace and culture-related content.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to contribute new ideas.
