About the job

Our Summer Internship Experience (SIE) is a 10-week program that allows students to dive into a project relevant to their studies to further grow and develop their learnings. During our 10-week program you will participate in trainings, development sessions, as well as lots of exciting programming!

 

The dates of our 2026 Program will be June 1st, 2026 – August 7th, 2026.

 

Our Sales team works across regions, across categories, and across the business to raise awareness of our products and to help our clients sell them. It is a team of entrepreneurs with a focus on strategy, negotiation and building relationships.

 

  • You will Perform category analysis for Retail Partners, Leadership & Headquarter Teams in an extremely fast paced environment
  • You will use syndicated and/or retailer specific data to develop, prepare and present information and recommendations in support of category management and key retail sales initiatives (such as retailer performance, trends & opportunities, pricing effectiveness, promotion effectiveness, category space expansion opportunities, etc.)
  • You will perform competitive analysis by manufacturer, brand and package type to identify trends, opportunities and challenges to core business areas
  • You will conduct post promotional analysis of the key programs to share back with retailers on key events with recommendations on what we should start, stop and continue to make the promotion/event better for the next launch
  • You will Work on Internal/External selling deck requests from the CS&I/Sales team.

The base compensation range for this position is $25-28 per hour.

About you

  • You will currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date after May 2027
  • You will have prior internship experience or work experience in a corporate environment.
  • You will have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will have strong, proven potential leadership skills
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
