About the job

The Supply Chain Performance Analyst is responsible for Supply Chain projects and initiatives throughout our ANZ operations. This role works cross-functionally to improve Supply Chain performance on costs and availability, driven by data and process optimization. The Analyst identifies opportunities and builds plans to strengthen Supply Chain performance, supporting the business's top and bottom line, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration within Supply Chain, cross-functionally, and with external partners is essential for continuous improvement.

This is a 1-year fixed term, full time position, working 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

You Will:

  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects across the ANZ Supply Chain function to ensure delivery of strategic goals.

  • Drive analysis and visibility of data, designing and creating engaging reports that can be embedded internally and cross-functionally to drive decision-making.

  • Consider the impacts of all projects and improvement activities on the regulatory environment of the Supply Chain. Maintain an overview of audit outcomes and ensure controls are managed to minimize impact on the business. Internal documentation must be maintained for any changes as a result of improvement activities.

About you

You are passionate about analysis and data management, proactive, confident, and process-oriented with a focus in orientation to results, continuous improvement and people management.

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering

  • Logistics, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry is preferred

  • Project management experience

  • Analytical and detail-focused

  • Proven ability to communicate well at all levels

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective change management skills

  • Situational and personal problem-solving skills

  • Continuous improvement and Six Sigma mindset

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments

  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Power Query, BI, or other analytics tools

  • Grounding in statistics, modeling, and cost-benefit analysis

  • Understanding of Supply Chain planning and logistics operations
