Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for "Talent & Development Executive" position.

You will develop effective talent and learning strategies to support employees leveraging Danone talent strategy. In close relation with the HRBPs, you will be in charge of identifying competencies development needs, monitoring IDP process and designing/delivering programs.

 

In this role you will;

  • Design and implement Country Talent & Development activities
  • Manage critical talent assessment process, succession models, high-potential talent identification, critical roles assessment etc.
  • Monitor individual development process and designing/delivering programs
  • Support for designing talent development, leadership development & learning strategies through identification of internal/external trends, insights, and best practice
  • Work collaboratively with the HRBPs and/or Organizational Development SPOCs in the organization to understand the learning needs
  • Identify competencies development needs
  • Monitor and arbitrate Talent Development Plans & general learning plans, integrating digital platforms and networking
  • Own the roll out of different Talent & Development projects and processes related to talent cycle, development conversations, coaching, succession planning, etc.
  • Define the metrics by which leadership and L&D program effectiveness will be measured and continuously improved. Measure and evaluate effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives
  • Embed Company Leadership Competencies in all HR Processes with ongoing check on adoption and utilization
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in academy to bring leading edge expertise to Danone
  • Implement appropriate programs for institutional, role-based and individual development needs in line with L&D strategies
  • Organize internal & external trainings within the curriculum
  • Monitor individual development process and designing/delivering programs
  • Define the metrics by which leadership and L&D program effectiveness will be measured and continuously improved
  • Measure and evaluate effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives and interventions, support decision making with accurate reporting and analysis
  • Follow-up ad-hoc training requests, being in communication with units, stakeholders and vendors to provide required trainings
  • Manage strong partnerships with global learning teams and third-party vendors to ensure development of training offerings and potential services meet the business needs
  • Create outcome-focused & sustainable learning experiences (class, e-learning, networking, on the job), that deliver clear performance enhancement, individual value & embed change

 

About you

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields from reputable universities
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR preferably within Talent and Development HR functions
  • Thorough knowledge and awareness of the latest learning and development tools, techniques and trends
  • Evidence of programme design including designing blended, informal, and social learning experiences and virtual programs
  • Experience with developing, delivering and/or leading talent development leadership development & learning activities
  • Strong creativity, imaginative and solution focused mindset - pushes boundaries and embraces learning technology to develop cutting edge training solutions
  • Talent for leading/working on large project teams combined with the ability and confidence to work in high-ambiguity environments.
  • Possess and demonstrate excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, and communication in a group environment
  • Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak interpersonally with diverse individuals, report to management and meet with vendors
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Growth mindset, sense of curiosity, and dedication to the team's success
  • Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity, manage multiple projects through completion on time and on budget, and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent skills of both written and verbal English
