The Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting is responsible for delivering advanced workforce analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across North America. The role serves as a hands-on technical lead and subject matter expert for Workforce Analytics platforms, reporting architecture, dashboard development, data integration, governance, and reporting automation.

This position combines deep technical expertise with strong analytical, project leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. The Senior Specialist is responsible not only for designing and developing scalable reporting solutions, but also for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the function, including ServiceNow ticket resolution, troubleshooting, data validation, reporting requests, and continuous improvement of the reporting environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert and hands-on technical lead for Workforce Analytics and reporting solutions across North America.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve daily ServiceNow ticket requests, including workforce analytics, reporting, data, dashboard, and system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high service levels.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
  • Lead the technical development and enhancement of Workforce Analytics reporting platforms supporting Dayforce, Founda, and other HR technologies.
  • Design and optimize data models, reporting architecture, ETL/data transformation processes, and reporting automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain complex data integration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation processes across multiple HR systems.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting of complex reporting, dashboard, data integration, and data quality issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, reconciliation, reporting consistency, and quality through standardized controls and validation processes.
  • Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual activities, improve reporting efficiency, and strengthen analytics capabilities.
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, including executive reporting, workforce scorecards, operational metrics, strategic dashboards, and business-specific reporting requests.
  • Own and coordinate reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through technical design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with HR, Employee Services, IT, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, define priorities, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage competing priorities and align reporting deliverables with regional business needs, operational requirements, and agreed timelines.
  • Establish and maintain technical standards, documentation, governance, and best practices for Workforce Analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and reporting capabilities and recommend improvements that strengthen Workforce Analytics across the region.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on Power BI development, data modeling, reporting standards, troubleshooting, and governance best practices.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to building stronger technical capabilities across the team.
  • Communicate reporting insights, technical risks, dependencies, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The base compensation range for this position is $90k-110k commensurate with experience. A propos de vous

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics, HR Technology, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Reporting, or related areas.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query solutions.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and demonstrated experience working with large and complex enterprise datasets.
  • Experience with Dayforce, ServiceNow, and HRIS reporting environments.
  • Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes, data integrations, reporting automation, and enterprise reporting architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Analytics, HR metrics, KPI development, reporting governance, and data visualization best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing data quality, reconciliation, validation, and governance controls.
  • Strong analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data, reporting, and system issues and identify root causes.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, operational requests, and technical projects in a regional or enterprise environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive solutions from requirements through implementation.
  • Ability to mentor and support other team members while remaining actively involved in technical delivery and operational activities.
  • Experience supporting regional organizations and multiple business functions across North America.
  • Fluent English required.
