This role will support the supply chain finance and supply chain delivery teams to package and report productivity for our North America businesses. This is a highly collaborative role requiring good partnership with cross-functional teams to establish accurate and trusted financial productivity performance reporting, while requiring strong analytical expertise. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage productivity tracking tools
• Lead, manage, and schedule productivity pillar meetings
• Analyze and report individual project financials
• Analyze and report individual productivity pillar financials
• Analyze and report US consolidated productivity
• Analyze and report North America (US + Canada) consolidated productivity
• Analyze and report Business Unit & Brand level productivity
• Develop presentations and reports for local and global senior leadership reviews
• Develop productivity reporting packages that meet local and global productivity reporting requirements
• Conduct productivity training sessions (Lunch & Learn style) across the organization

The base compensation range for this position is $95k-115k commensurate with experience. • You have a Bachelor’s Degree
• You have experience in Finance & Financial Reporting
• You have experience with User Training
• You are Solutions-oriented
• You have Microsoft Excel experience (ideally expert level)
• You have Microsoft PowerPoint experience (ideally expert level)
• You have SOP, work instruction, and Training documentation development experience
• You have Power BI experience
• You have experience with Iproview
