I am Head of Pharma Sales


My team and I are responsible for channeling the products from Danone Specialized Nutrition to healthcare facilities. I started my journey at Danone as Management Trainee in 2007.

  • Head of Pharma Sales, 2018
  • Head of Key Account, 2023

I'm proud that I can take roles in solving the needs of the planet and our country specifically, such as malnutrition and stunting.

What attracts me during my time as an MT is the openness and developmental encouragement from the leaders. Danone listens to our voices and eliminates our weaknesses. We are continuously developed by getting on-the-job training.

We are not only concerned about our KPI, but other functions' as well. We work across functions and it is possible for us to achieve beyond target by stepping out.

 

We are not dictated on how we are gonna reach the result. This is because there is an entrepreneurial spirit that leads us to treat Danone as our own business. It plays an important role in encouraging us to keep innovating.

GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A VARIOUS ROTATION

There's always space to learn something new and to improve ourselves.

We grow as an employee and a person. At the beginning of my MT journey, my leader identified my hidden potentials. Thus, I have been rotated every 2 or 3 years across the functions.

 

Here, the initiative can come from the bottom-up. We have a deaveraging mindset which makes us improve continuously.
