We are looking for a global Senior Strategy and Insights Market Intelligence Manager (H/F) to join our Strategy & Insights global team. This CDI will take place in Paris (75009), in our global Headquarter.

In this role, your main responsabilities will be to : 

  • Drive deep holistic performance understanding at market & Danone level (either at x-category or at category level), showing gradual performance trends/ dynamics at different levels ((x-)category, sub-categories, brands, sub-brands, channels, price tiers and others).
  • Deliver and support continuous (monthly) performance reports (either x-category and category) as inputs for Comex presentations or Board meetings at category level; reflecting latest market dynamics and Danone performance.
  • Give guidance on how Danone’s can improve its competitiveness by leveraging growth driver analyses and by exploiting different datasets (media, brand equity, purchase panel, etc.)
  • Be a consultative market intelligence expert for x-category/ category teams, mining & connecting various syndicated data sources and translating these outputs into clear and actionable insights.
  • Support category/ x-category teams to drive bespoke x-country performance deep dives with purpose to address key performance challenges and/ or to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Help identify most relevant growth opportunities for Danone at x-category/ category level and give guidance where Danone should prioritise these opportunities.
  • Influence key decision markers across all levels (x-category or category) with relevant and compelling storytelling and visualisations

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

 

  • With an Master's degree in a related field, you have over 6 years of successful experience in insights, working with below-mentioned data sets, applying advanced skills on data visualizations and supporting senior stakeholders with landing actionable performance insights. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple, large & complex data sets combined with profound knowledge and experience in mining and combining syndicated panels such as Nielsen, Circana, Kantar, and others.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues within datasets and to provide solutions by cleaning & preparing datasets in most efficient & effective way.

  • Proven track record in landing impactful storylines and communicating with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to provoke and to trigger business partners with fresh thinking and with an insights-centric perspective on growth opportunities.

  • Proven experience in building relationships, networks and collaborate both internally and externally.
