  • Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Oversee and manage digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing demand planning processes. This includes implementing advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with various departments, including IT,to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into the demand planning process. Foster collaboration and communication among teams to achieve project goals.
  • Enhance Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and digital tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Ensure that demand planning decisions are based on accurate and timely data.
  • Drive Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation within the demand planning team. Encourage the exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends and improve planning processes.
  • Manage Change: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions. Provide training and support to team members to help them adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Monitor Performance: Measure the success of digital transformation initiatives. Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that objectives are being met

About you

  • Basic Technical Knowledge: The candidate should have a foundational understanding of digital technologies, including data analytics, and basic AI concepts. This will enable them to contribute effectively to digital transformation projects.
  • Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies is crucial. The interim person should be open to training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
  • Supportive Role: The candidate should be able to assist senior team members in executing digital transformation initiatives. This includes tasks such as data collection, analysis, and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate the vision and strategy for digital transformation clearly. The candidate should be able to convey complex technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by all stakeholder.
  • Basic Project Management: While not necessarily experienced in managing large-scale projects, the candidate should have some understanding of project management principles. This will help them support the team in planning and executing tasks.
  • Digital Fluency: The candidate should be comfortable using various digital tools and platforms. They should be able to quickly learn and navigate new software and technologies, ensuring they can effectively contribute to digital transformation efforts.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
