Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Head of IT&Data Business Partner" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

 

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders across CBU functions, acting as the strategic IT & Data partner. You will connect business needs to the right Product Owners and ensure business satisfaction across Product Groups and domains, driving collaboration, alignment, and delivery of value-added technology solutions.

 

In this role, you will report directly to the IT & Data Director and will also have people management responsibilities, leading and developing a team to ensure effective execution and capability building across the organization.

 

Be responsible from the following requirements:

  • Works closely to Business Functions and Zone Extension Product Owners to align on priorities, roadmaps
  • Provides market specific communication to key stakeholders
  • Understands Business needs at functional / domain level and facilitates the creation of business cases
  • Contributes to the Extension Product roadmaps, working closely with Extension Product Owners
  • Communicates the AOP to Business stakeholders
  • Acts as an escalation point for the Business stakeholders with the functional / domain level in the CBU
  • Aligns with Product Owners on Capex, capacity constraints and assists with prioritization, bringing the CBU functional / domain perspective
  • Promotes continuous improvement on relationship (stakeholder management)
  • Optimizes Business interactions with IT & Data , providing more efficiency and quality to delivery
  • Works closely to business stakeholders throughout multiple areas under his/her responsibility, supports the CBU Business Partnership Lead to coordinate IT&Data strategy within the CBU

About you

  • Min. 10-15 years of experience in IT&Data, Digital or Business Partnering roles

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities

  • Experience in business case creation and strategic alignment processes

  • Strong understanding of digital product management principles and roadmaps

  • Ability to connect cross-functional business needs with IT & Data solutions

  • Fluency in English
