Responsibilities: 

• International Assignment Management: Participate in the international assignments process, including expatriate and repatriation processes, working closely with employees and various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.  

• Compliance and Immigration: Stay up-to-date with international immigration laws and regulations to ensure all employee relocations are legally compliant. Oversee visa and work permit processes. Act based on IM global policies. 

• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors such as relocation companies, immigration consultants, and tax advisors to streamline services and manage costs effectively. 

• Employee Support: Act as the secondary point of contact for employees on international assignments, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing guidance throughout the assignment lifecycle. 

• Costs estimation for outbounds and Local + inbounds 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including HR, Payroll, Rewards, Legal, Finance to ensure a coordinated approach to international mobility.

Experience:

Knowledge in human resources processes: onboarding, movements, and terminations, salary increase, STI. 

General knowledge of compensation. 

Basic knowledge of taxes, local labor laws, and contributions 

Customer service, process tracking, supplier management.
