YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Reporting Factory is a worldwide project in charge of the global finance management tool that provides standardized and automated dashboards for performance reviews across all company levels (BU, CBU, Zone, Central teams incl. COMEX & CODI).

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team and tackle current and future challenges.

This high-visibility project offers you the chance to help shape new working methods for Finance teams while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of AI.

Mission: As a member of Finance Reporting Factory team, you will provide crucial role in supporting both operational and project activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Participate in the evolution of Dashboards (P&L, Topline, Operations, Cash, Treasury) using Power BI to answer new Finance needs, with the support of the IT and finance teams.

- Sprint management: Conduct thorough tests on sprint deliveries to ensure developments are well done and coordinate necessary corrections. To do so, you will need to read the Financial Statements and understand the main financial KPIs.

- Urgent Request Management: Assist with urgent requests to ensure swift and efficient resolutions.

- User Support: Provide support to our global finance team community, serving over 1300 monthly users.

- Workshop Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to accurately identify and document requirements.

- Community management: Be a point of contact for our Finance Business Owners community. Participate in the animation and the organization of the annual Business Owner day.

- Trainings: Conduct training sessions for finance teams new to Reporting Factory on Power BI.

- AI Innovation: Work on AI topics by conducting tests on AI systems, improving our user guide chatbot, and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technology.

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

• Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

- Available from January for a duration of 6 months.

- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance or Controlling.

- Demonstrated interest in systems and digitalization.

- Excellent communication skills.

- High level of autonomy and meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong analytical abilities.

- Fluent in English.

- Prior experience with Power BI or other BI systems is a plus.
