About the job

We are looking for a person who will join our team in Warsaw as a Master Data Specialist.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Executing daily operational tasks related to Master Data (Customer, Product, or Material), including data creation, extension, and maintenance,

  • Conducting complex ad hoc audits to identify and correct discrepant or invalid data, ensuring data quality control,

  • Ensuring all master data changes are made in accordance with established procedures and standards,

  • Preparing and updating internal processes and manuals,

  • Participating in projects focused on automation and standardization, 

  • Promptly escalating incidents and issues related to Master Data, working closely with relevant teams for resolution. 

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role,

  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel,

  • Experience in SSC/BPO environments is an advantage, 

  • Fluency in English,

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks under time pressure, 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
