About the Job
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and implementation of complex global innovation, renovation, and roll-out programs and projects. You will be accountable for ensuring all launch and business criteria are achieved on multiple projects simultaneously. This includes optimizing project scope, market timing, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations. You will apply leading-edge web-based portfolio and project management processes, along with your business, product development, and supply chain knowledge, to meet or exceed customer expectations and achieve on-time ship-to-trade delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and implementing complex global projects supporting one or more categories/regions.
- Assessing project requests from business units or sales and providing feasibility implications.
- Developing project implementation plans, including resource allocation and risk/contingency options.
- Ensuring project timelines include cross-functional input and decision points.
- Leading multi-site, cross-functional commercialization implementation teams.
- Managing project communication to business teams and senior management.
- Managing project financial risk and contingency planning.
- Tracking process metrics and project success criteria.
- Conducting root cause investigations and identifying resolutions or corrective actions.
- Actively identifying and implementing process improvements.
About you
We are looking for a connector and integrator of cross-functional teams with end-to-end organization and process knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a global project leader with strong business acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to lead change. You should have experience in managing complex projects and a proven track record of delivering growth through effective project management.
