I’m passionate about our water products. We make natural mineral water available to everyone, for every part of their life. The impact I have is to make sure that all the decisions that we take as a team are the best decisions for consumers and for the company, so that everyone benefits.

In 2019 I was asked to be part of a team that delivered a major company sales conference for retailers to learn more about our water products. I needed to develop new capabilities and improve my organisational skills. I really enjoyed the experience, and I was super-proud that we delivered a successful event.

I’m pleased with my career at Danone and the steps I have taken here so far. I’ve been able to follow whatever I’ve decided it would be exciting to do. That’s helped me take on some important roles and projects, and I’ve many more years ahead of me.
