My work mainly focuses on maintaining the machines in the preparation department for our Specialized Nutrition products.

I’m part of a great team, and there is so much diversity in my work, there are so many different machines to keep maintained. I make an impact by making sure our production operations are working well. I like the fact that the products I’m involved in making are supporting peoples’ health. I’ve seen that at first hand in the case of my grandfather and his use of our products, so it feels good to know my work is helping people.

I like that when you show that you really want something at Danone, you are really listened to. I’m proud of the fact that people trust me. When I come up with suggestions, they really consider what they can do with them. I’ve been able to experience several different aspects of the maintenance function, and I’m currently covering for a maintenance planner colleague, which has helped me step up and learn new skills.

It’s a special place.

Set goals and make a plan of action

Danone wants us to make progress in our careers. I find that very special. Some employers stifle people’s ambitions, but here it’s clear that they want us to set goals for ourselves and achieve them.
