We are seeking an Associate Manager, Data Governance & Analytics to support the execution and ongoing maintenance of data governance, data quality, and data integrity practices across our enterprise data ecosystem.
This is a hands on, governance focused role for someone who understands how data moves through systems — from source to integration to analytics — and is interested in working at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology.
You will support efforts to ensure enterprise data is well defined, accurate, and consistently used for reporting and decision making through timely and high-quality execution of assigned responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a mid-level data professional looking to build experience in data governance, data quality, and cross functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Supporting Enterprise Data Governance & Quality
• Support execution of data governance processes across:
• Master data (SKU, customer)
• Internal operational and analytical datasets
• External and third-party data integrations
• Document and maintain existing business and data definitions, critical data elements, and approved usage standards
• Support documentation of data ownership and stewardship models (RACI) across business and functional teams
• Document and update end to end data flows, system interfaces, and lineage across platforms
• Apply established data quality standards, rules, and KPIs; support monitoring of enterprise data health
• Investigate data issues and document findings
• Escalate issues and support resolution efforts in collaboration with relevant teams
• Partner with data engineering and IT teams to support implementation of data validation and quality controls within pipelines and integrations
• Identify potential risks in data processes and share observations with project leads or leadership
Supporting Analytics & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support validation of dashboards and reports (including Power BI) to ensure alignment with approved data definitions and governance standards
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to gather inputs and clarify data requirements
• Participate in working sessions and workshops to support alignment on definitions, processes, and controls
• Assist in preparing documentation and materials to support training and adoption efforts
• Provide updates to stakeholders and project leads on assigned tasks and data-related activities
