The Associate Manager, RGM Business Insights and Optimization plays a crucial role in leading the development and delivery of actionable RGM insights, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing revenue growth and trade efficiency. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end insights generation across trade and promotional performance, building and maintaining reporting tools and analytical frameworks, identifying key performance drivers and opportunities across customers and categories, translating insights into clear strategic recommendations, driving optimization initiatives and test-and-learn agendas, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Demand teams to influence decision-making and improve ROI.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for RGM insights across key RGM teams
•Own the development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting to track trade and promotional performance
•Build and maintain scalable analytical tools, dashboards, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making •Partner with RGM Managers to translate key business questions into actionable insights
•Lead deep-dive analyses at the customer, category, and pack/checkbook level to identify performance drivers and opportunities
•Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to inform trade strategy and investment decisions
•Drive a test-and-learn agenda, including identifying, prioritizing, and tracking optimization initiatives
•Proactively identify risks and opportunities across trade investments and communicate recommendations to stakeholders •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Demand, to influence decision-making and improve ROI
•Continuously improve reporting, insights generation, and analytical processes to enhance team efficiency and impact
The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $105,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Sales Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant reporting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, category and other teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
