The Senior Sourcing Manager – Manufacturing Services and Energy will be based in our White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO office and directly reports to the Director of CapEx, Industrial Services and Energy Procurement. This role is responsible for developing, leading, and executing sourcing strategies across North America (United States and Canada) for Manufacturing Services and Energy categories. This role owns a complex procurement portfolio that includes but not limited to MRO and spare parts, maintenance services, manufacturing consumables, lab services and supplies, utilities, and energy-related categories supporting Danone's manufacturing operations as well as the Energy portfolio. This role involves selecting and managing suppliers, optimizing costs, and supporting business objectives throughout North America (United States and Canada) through effective supplier management and data-driven decision-making.
The Senior Sourcing Manager will also serve as the primary relationship manager for Danone's outsourced buying desk partner and key global procurement counterparts, driving best practices, compliance, performance management, and continuous improvement across the category. The successful candidate will support, collaborate, and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories; work to increase spend visibility and understanding; and drive business growth by identifying and implementing partnerships with retained suppliers to enhance industrial services and supply propositions.

The salary range for this position is $116,000-167,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
