About the job

The Analyst, Customer Collaboration will be a contributor to profitable business growth by identifying supply chain process improvements, maximizing product availability, and improving performance metrics through collaboration with assigned customers and internal partners. 

 

This position will cultivate and leverage internal and external data with the objective of optimizing supply chain processes which result in tangible improvements.  The role will contribute to the success of Danone by providing the Customer Collaboration team with reporting and analysis that provides visibility and actionable insights against customer key performance indicators.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide thorough analysis of Customer supply chain key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement or process changes using multiple internal and external data sources.
  • Consolidate multiple data points into a single output to be shared with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with order management and internal teams to build a robust and complete understanding of key customer’s fulfillment processes.
  • Deliver targeted KPIs with assigned customers as determined by supply chain priorities.
  • Engage with customer service team to consolidate information regarding service issues; use this insight to craft customer communication regarding short-term, tactical issues.
  • Create reports using Excel/PowerBI and internal business intelligence tools to provide insights into customer behavior patterns and opportunities.
  • Utilize data in fine mitigation process, dispute OSD claims/deductions, etc.
  • Understand core elements of customer key performance indicators and build analytics that provide visibility to Danone performance.
  • Using available data, lead the investigation of new methods to collate and report information that drives actionable insights.
  • Prepare customer scorecards and populate customer presentation templates.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and collaboration on projects that enhance collaboration with customers and cross functional partners.

The salary range for this position is $82,000 – $100,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.  Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain (or 1-2 years of internal experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • 3-5 years of progressive Customer Service, Logistics or Supply Chain experience
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and retail channel knowledge
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Technical skills to adapt and learn internal systems quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Technical proficiency desired in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of customer supply chain operations as well as familiarity with all systems that integrate with the order fulfillment process. 
  • Capacity to comfortably interact with all levels of the business and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to apply a disciplined, logical, and comprehensive approach to problem solving.
  • High degree of initiative and ownership.
  • Strong attention to detail for both accuracy and content.
  • Judgment to resolve issues with the appropriate sense of urgency including ability to provide afterhours support.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including the ability to translate technical information to a broad end user community.
  • Ability to create and communicate a structured business recommendation with advantages and disadvantages.
  • Skill set which allows one to both identify an issue and implement the solution while working as part of a team or as an individual contributor.
