Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire a Financial Analyst to support our Plant-Based Food & Beverages business unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing Analytical Support on Financial Performance
  • Educate & support the Business departments, in understanding & managing their projects
  • Provide strong ad hoc financial and business analytic decision support
  • Propose new tools and/or new processes that can help improve monitoring, transparency, reporting and performance

• Supporting the Finance Planning & Forecasting Process
  • Actively participate & continuously improve the internal and external project forecasts
  • Ensure execution toward hitting the financial project targets
  • Develop and maintain financial project models
  • Coordinate financial forecasting with business partners
  • Partner with cross functional teammates to ensure accuracy of financial projections

The salary range for this position is $75k-95k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.  Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. • You possess a minimum 3+ years of financial analyst experience, preferably in FMCG
• You have strong financial modeling and presentation skills
• You possess ERP Systems experience
• You must possess Expert Excel skills with the proven ability to produce high-end work products suitable for analysis
• You are proactive and self-starter. You can adapt to change quickly and are always ready for new challenges.
