DEVELOPMENT CONVERSATION

On top of our regular one-to-one sessions with our managers, the yearly development conversation gives us an opportunity to co-build our development plans with our managers according to our development needs and career aspirations. From these sessions, an action plan for our development will be created which would include on-the-job trainings, classroom trainings, digital learnings and networking. 

CampusX and Campus for All

CAMPUSX

Our on-demand learning platform, CampusX is where Danoners learn anytime, anywhere. We are free to access a variety of e-learning courses that are available on the platform at our convenience.

 

CAMPUS FOR ALL

Additionally, we also have our yearly Campus For All event where we dedicate a week or month for learning. Each of us would attend at least one classroom training during Campus For All. This is on top of the learning opportunities that are available to Danoners throughout the year.

SUPPORTING YOUR DEVELOPMENT

Coaching and mentoring programs are available to support our development. With coaching, we engage with internal coaches (our managers) or external professional coaches for advice and solution for a specific goal or focus. Mentoring on the other hand, gives us the opportunity to leverage knowledge and experience of mentors from different function or country, giving us a broader perspective.
