Senior International Mobility Specialist with German

About the job

The team you will be working with is One Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional collaboration with HR Administration & Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent, Finance and IT teams, as well as external parties like external relocation provider, tax advisors and authorities
  • Creating employment contracts and supplementary agreements for international assignments
  • Update internal systems in a timely manner
  • Ensuring correct execution of pension scheme and international insurance taxation
  • Provide correct and timely payroll instructions to the respective team
  • Request A1 certificates
  • Ensure timely coordination of work permits and visa applications and other services including: bank account setup, relocation, temporary housing, house search, and intercultural training

About you

Requirements:

  • previous experience in international mobility is key
  • proven ability to thrive in an international environment
  • strong service mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding support
  • fluency in English (min. C1 level) is a must; advanced German language skills is recommended, and basic knowledge of French is a plus
  • Very good communication skills and sensitivity of confidential data & sense of urgency
  • ability to work in a highly matrixed international environment with different stakeholders from different locations and different levels of hierarchy
  • proficiency in MS Excel, e.g. using V-LOOKUP function
