We are looking for a Global Equity Manager to join our Global Equity & Rewards team.
This CDI will take place in Paris (75), in our head office.
Your main responsibilities will focus on
- Support the administration of global employee share plans. The role will be responsible managing stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, ensuring efficient management of share plan cycles and administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of Global Employee Share Plans: Conduct the administration global employee share plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, communication, legal, IT, and local HR teams, as well as external providers, to ensure seamless execution of share plans.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations and prepare regular reports for senior management or any relevant parties.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of share plan administration.

About you

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing employee share plans or similar HR programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
