In this internship, you will be part of the Operations team, within our Supply Chain business unit. Our purpose is to ensure seamless and efficient logistics operations that support our broader business goals. During this internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support key initiatives that drive data accuracy, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting business analysis and monthly data reporting
  • Building dashboards using Power BI
  • Assisting with inventory control and repacking instruction maintenance
  • Maintaining the communication matrix
  • Performing random invoice checks and cross-checking with budgets
  • Supporting project tracking and conducting site visits to our warehouse in Haps
  • Assisting with monthly invoicing and budget alignment

About you

As a Supply Chain & Logistics intern, data handling and process optimization will be second nature to you. You can analyze complex datasetscommunicate clearly, and have a proactive mindset. On top of that? You’re a detail-driven team player who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Logistics or Supply Chain Management for the entire duration of the internship
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone
  • Available to start in July 2025 for a minimum of 6 months5 days per week
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced skills in Excel; proficiency in Power BI is a plus
  • Able to work from our Zoetermeer office at least 3 days per week.
